IGE shall not reveal user’s contact or identifying information or transaction history to any third party, unless ordered by a court or arbitration body of acceptable jurisdiction.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. IGE cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products.

Refunds: In general, we do not provide refunds unless we did something wrong. We will consider your written request for a refund (submitted by email, fax, or U.S. mail using the contact information at the bottom of this User Agreement) if you provide the Sender’s full name, address, and phone number, together with the Transaction tracking number, Transaction Amount, and the reason for your refund request ( If this transaction is in the status process. Transaction is completed, we consider not refundable. )
